I disagree with you, Bien. I mean, light sleep is a stage of sleep and in deep sleep one dreams and refreshes the body etc... but in that deep sleep, or, if one reaches all the stages of sleep, and one sleeps lightly, that is better I believe, more restful.. it's hard to describe what I mean, but... well, oh well.
