As for the needles, well what would happen if the injection wasn't to work, and they had not sterilized the needle so the person got sick? And then it would cost more money to either do another injection or to wait until the person got better and didn't infect anyone else, and we wouldn't want that to happen would we? So therefore maybe they just think that it is easier to sterilize the needles so nothing like that happens?
