Hmm, sure. In my childhood yard, we had two boats. One was on stilts, and had a little roof to climb onto to survey the area, the other was actually strung up in a tree so that one could 'paddle' in circles. I have learned that my sea legs are stronger above water.

I would just ask whether it would be possible or not. If I would stay over at a friends, I would want to help out as much as I could - so I guess they'd think the same and if they can't it would be OK too. If anything would bother me I would "blatantly" say it, I've never been much for subtlety ;)

He had had three operations, but eventually he could not control his bowels.
Sadly, I watched as the vet injected him...I can still feel the pain of seeing him be put down.

Yes, there are some spectacular mosques, temples, churches etc. I just need to be sure to respect their beliefs in entering that place. If I need to wash my feet, or take off my shoes, I would do so.
