Drama, you really do mean that about my haikus? I thought this one was pretty simplistic. I was thinking on the film of "Much Ado About Nothing"...remember the revelers? I liked the lead in first line...made me think of it. Thanks for the compliments and the ones on my mug shot! Did you post one in the photo album yet? I liked your last Haiku also...great. I like my avatar a lot too. I've always been dreamy thinking of the color misty violet and decided to Picture anager it. That's a Daffodil Fairy, daffodil being the Aquarian flower, and Aquarian being me. :p It was originally yellow but I thought that it might conflict with yours as I post a lot on this thread, but I think it came out well! Gee... beautiful (?) - not sure of that - I have always gotten "cute" in person, but it is sweet of you to say so....You are really beautiful and gorgeous hair. Some people have told me I have pretty blue eyes - very English or Scottish, some French thrown in - my roots, I suppose. My mother has blue eyes, but I am the only one, out of my siblings, that have them. I was lucky.
I love that avy so keep it awhile. I like looking at it, too! I wrote you a note in Photo album, too ...just before this.

Yes, well we have discussed it extensively. Now I see it can't be any higher - which is a bummer. But I will just paste it into the body of the text in each posting when it gets closer to Christmas. Will be a little more work but it will work out ok...you will see. I won't make it too much larger really. After Christmas I will make up a blog for artwork. It should be fun. I had better go to the Introduce Yourself thread when I find time and introduce myself...that might be nice. Just no time now to do all of this. Went Christmas shopping tonight but mostly done with that now. Thank heaven!

Hi Lainy and Toni, Thanks for your compliments on the Christmas Card. Toni - I started out with those colored pencils, so they are dear to my heart. I got them for Christmas one year and loved them so much I could not stop drawing. Oh please I must see your drawings, how nice. I have colored pencil work from way back, but this card piece was done in black ink, which is hard because it is not easy if you mess up. Then the whole thing was printed professionally at a company I worked at. You can white ink, out but then the original looks rather messy, and it is hard to put ink on the whited out area. It is hard to do, but lots of fun. You have to use a very fine point of a pen - technical pen. I need to resume doing it again. I let my work slide too much in past years.
Toni - that little smiley guy is funny, too! and I love your string of smiley balls on the garland...so cute and lively like you! Lainy I like your smilies, too as I like you the same.
I will just post the card now and then this week because it kind of hogs the thread a bit. Maybe I should take out the little one in signature, what do you all think?
