What I often do is first upload my pictures on my Photobucket account and then I place the corresponding link between the IMG tags. That is, you write , then the image link, and finally a closing tag. That should show you the picture as part of your post. I'm not sure if it works for pictures added to a Lit Net album, but it should... I'll go and see.
