FORT COLLINS -- His name sounds like something out of a Zane Grey novel, and Thursday night, in front of a national television audience, Dallas Davis was the hero who saved the day.

In a game that saw two teams play two distinct and separate halves, the only thing that remained consistent was the running of Davis.
