PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 5, 1995--ILX Inc. (NASDAQ:ILEX): Creative Alternatives for Leisure Lifestyles, announced Monday that it has acquired historic Kohl's Ranch Resort in the Tonto National Forest 17 miles northeast of Payson, Ariz.
The 10 acre resort is located in "Zane Grey" country at the base of the Mogollon Rim in the heart of the largest Ponderosa Pine forest in the world and on the banks of Tonto Creek, one of the few trout-habitat streams in the southwest.
