Clark has worn many hats in his 77 years.

He was ordained a Presbyterian minister at Princeton Seminary in 1954.

He served in several Presbyterian churches from 1950 until 1972, including two in the Denver area.

In 1978, Clark became the minister at First Presbyterian Church in Cheyenne, serving until the early 1980s.
