A Modern performance space in Dundee has taken on the look of ancient Greece, thanks to the addition of 10 tonnes of sand.
The sand has been brought into The Space by Eve Jamieson from Dundee College to add to the authenticity of her production of Sophocles's Antigone.
Ms Jamieson is aiming for a traditional production of the Sophocles classic, and to help achieve the amphitheatre effect, the college lecturer ordered the sand.
