This 1863 photo by D.G. Nyblin, originally provided by the National Library of Norway shows Norwegian playwright Henrik Ibsen who died in 1906. To commemorate the anniversary Tuesday, May 23, 2006, the work of the Norwegian dramatist is being performed by rap artists, ballet dancers, Chinese opera singers and robots.
