Shea Hillenbrand became the sixth player to homer in three straight innings, setting career highs with five hits and seven RBI to power the Arizona Diamondbacks to a 14-6 victory over the Colorado Rockies last night in Phoenix.

Hillenbrand hit a pair of solo shots off Jason Jennings, then hit a three-run homer against Nelson Cruz as Arizona overcame a 5-0 deficit to win for the 16th time in 19 games.

Hillenbrand, acquired from Boston on May 29 for pitcher Byung Hyun Kim, has eight hits in his last nine at-bats, raising his average with Arizona to .349.
