Look for Homer Township on the map past all the green, blue, pink and yellow spots that indicate incorporated suburbs. Just southwest of the Cook County Line in Will County, Homer Township is still blank, indicating that it's relatively rural with a lot of farming.

And that's the way most residents of Homer Township like it.
