Robert "Bob" Burns Williams, 81, of Dublin, passed away Friday, May 28, 2004. He was born in Kentucky on May 25, 1923 to Grace Rorrer and John P. Williams. He was a U. S. Army veteran serving during W. W. II. He was retired from Hercules. He was preceded in death by his wife Annie Tolbert Williams; his parents; and one brother. Survivors include a daughter, Judy W. Mabry of Franklin, N.C.; a grandson, Bryan A. Lord of Kona, Hawaii; six sisters, Mary Fern Baldwin of Hillsville, Bernice W. Scheffer, Tecora W. Quesinberry of Stuart, India (Dot) Haynes of Mt.
