Lucy Maud Montgomery's "Anne of Green Gables" was one of my favorite books when I was growing up, and I was delighted to see it replayed on the CTM stage.

Anne Shirley is such a memorable character, and so many girls can relate to her personality and imagination. I was a little bit wary of the fact that this adaptation of the book is a musical, but I found the singing and dancing charming and I thought it enhanced the story.
