So wrote Lucy Maud Montgomery in "Anne of Green Gables," a series of books that put Prince Edward Island on the tourism map.

Every July 5, Montgomery's wedding to the Rev. Ewan MacDonald is re-enacted in the front parlor of Silver Bush in Park Corner.
