Do you know, journal mine, I may take a trip out west to see father this summer. Grandpa Montgomery is talking of going and if he does he will take me. It has been talked of vaguely all winter but it is about settled now. I expect we will go in August," I feel so excited about it. It will be such a splendid trip. And then to see darling father again! I am frightened to think or say much about it for fear I will not get there after all.
