Culture, darling, does have a home in Washington, at least at 22nd and H Streets NW Thanks to the efforts-- and wallet--of former Missouri Rep. James Symington, his American-Russian Cultural Cooperation Foundation, Moscow bureaucrats and artists, and George Washington University, a bronze of Alexander Pushkin will be unveiled Wednesday near the school's library. Symington says it's to celebrate the 200th birthday of the poet.
