Monuments of men on horses are everywhere in the nation's capital, but they usually come in the form of the American generals. Now, though, a statue of Russia's most celebrated 19th century poet, Alexander Pushkin, joins them. This week top American and Russian officials welcomed his arrival. NPR's Reena Advani reports.
