'Virgil Bliss' Nominated for Two Independent Spirit Awards; Film Makes Its World Television Premiere on Sundance Channel.

NEW YORK -- "Virgil Bliss," a film by Joe Maggio, has been nominated for two Independent Spirit Awards, The John Cassavetes Award, given to the best feature made for under $500,000, and Best Debut Performance by actor Clint Jordan. The Independent Spirit Awards take place in Los Angeles on March 23.

"Virgil Bliss" makes its television world premiere on Sundance Channel on Friday, February 8th at 9:00pm. The film also airs on February 11th at 2:30am, the 17th at 9:00pm the 21st at 1:30am and the 27th at 11:00pm.
