Funeral services for Harry Virgil Hodgson, 90, of Lakeland, Fla., will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, at Lakeland Funeral Home, 2125 S. Barlow Highway, Lakeland. Born Aug. 9, 1912, in Rushville, Ill., he died Tuesday, July 1, 2003, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. Mr. Hodgson moved to Lakeland from Kewanee, Ill., in 1960. He was a painter for the engineering department at Lakeland Regional Medical Center from 1970 to 1982, and before that, he was a painter for the maintenance department for Florida Southern College.
