Norm Tischhauser chomped on a cigar as a film crew member painted a 1960s gas pump that was installed outside his eponymous Virgil garage Tuesday.

"I've got mixed emotions," Tischhauser said of his garage, Norm's, being used as a set for the upcoming movie "Witless Protection" starring comedian Larry The Cable Guy. "I didn't know it would get so involved."

But the longtime Virgil resident is a huge fan of the movie's star, who is scheduled to film scenes at Norm's today. The cast and crew set up trailers Tuesday outside ...
