Mr. and Mrs. Donald James King, of Syracuse, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Joann King, of Liverpool, to Virgil Ammanuel Reese, of Syracuse, son of the Rev. Fred Reese and Altamease Thompson, both of Syracuse.

Jennifer is a graduate of Nottingham High School, Le Moyne College and SUNY Oswego. Virgil is a graduate of Corcoran High School and SUNY Brockport. Jennifer and Virgil are employed by the Syracuse City School District.

A September 15, 2007, wedding is planned in Reformed Church of Syracuse.
