TORONTO -- QuStream Corporation ("QuStream") (TSX VENTURE:QVC) is pleased to announce that Virgil Lowe, currently the Chief Technology Officer of our subsidiary PESA will also assume the position of Vice President, and Chief Technology Officer for QuStream Corporation.

In addition to maintaining his responsibilities at PESA, Virgil will oversee management of our global intellectual property portfolio, including responsibility for licensing.
