Lt. Gov. Becky Skillman, R-Ind., issued the following press release:

Indiana Lt. Gov. Becky Skillman today welcomed Virgil Madden as the new minority affairs outreach coordinator. Mr. Madden will organize and coordinate minority outreach and education for the Lt. Governor.

"I am very pleased Virgil has joined our office," Lt. Governor Skillman said. "Virgil has extensive experience working with Indiana's minority population and I am confident he will be an asset to our team."
