TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 23, 2006) - QuStream Corporation ("QuStream") (TSX VENTURE:QVC) is pleased to announce that Virgil Lowe, currently the Chief Technology Officer of our subsidiary PESA will also assume the position of Vice President, and Chief Technology Officer for QuStream Corporation.
