Virgil Charles Belstle, 81, passed away Thursday, March 22, 2007, at his home in Fayette.

Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 26, at Davis Funeral Chapel in Boonville with Deacon David Miller officiating. Visitation will be from noon until time of service on Monday. Burial will be at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.

Virgil Belstle was born on April 5, 1925, in Gilliam, the son of Edward and Elizabeth Mertensmeyer Belstle. He married Henrietta Greer on June 23, 1947, in Pilot Grove with Henry and Lena Oser as their attendants. Virgil was a lifelong resident of Howard County, where he ...
