Tom Murphy's "Bailegangaire" (Jan. 14-Feb. 15) will kick off the new Irish Repertory season at Victory Gardens, 2257 N. Lincoln.
Mary Ann Thebus stars in the drama about a senile woman and her two granddaughters living a remote life in western Ireland. Kate Martinovich will direct.
The season also features Dermot Bolgeris' "A Dublin Bloom" (June 2- 27), an adaptation of James Joyce's Ulysses, and J.M. Synge's "The Well of the Saints" (in September), a comedy about a blind couple whose sight is restored.
