ONE of Armstrong Point's earliest and grandest homes needs help.

Structurally sound and looking good for its 95 years, the Ralph Connor House at 54 West Gate nevertheless needs upgrades towards improved safety and accessibility for hundreds of visitors who tour it and groups that rent it year-round.
