Salammbo es una palabra que de inmediato invoca el exotismo de la novela homonima de Gustave Flaubert. Tambien es el restaurante del Fiesta Americana Chapultepec. La decoracion tiene algo de naif, en ese dialogo de cristales y elementos que traen el reflujo del art nouveau, solo que ahora pasado por el filtro de la posmodernidad.

El hecho es que sin dificultades se llega hasta el hotel y se deja el vehiculo a los acomodadores. Luego se sube un piso y se esta ante un sitio gastronomico que depara algunas sorpresas.
