'A Community Carol' is a stage adaptation of Charles Dickens's 'A Christmas Carol' produced by Cornerstone Theater Co in collaboration with Arena Stage theater company and people from the neighborhood of Anacostia in Washington, DC. Prior to the production work, Cornerstone acquired membership in Actor's Equity. Meanwhile, Arena Stage conducted auditions and theater workshops. The partnership will continue to bring theater to communities and stage plays with nontraditional casts.
