LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 1996--The Kushner-Locke Co. (NASDAQ/NNM:KLOC) co-chairmen, Peter Locke and Donald Kushner Friday announced its entry into the interactive-multimedia industry, and that it has established a relationship with IBM to enable the development and production of various CD-ROM titles which IBM intends to publish and distribute.

The first two are interactive games based on ``Carlo Collodi's Pinocchio'' and ``The Jungle Book'' theatrical features, which were premiered at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. IBM also intends to publish a CD-ROM ...
