Cordell Taylor was flown in for a visit with the Jacksonville Jaguars 10 days ago and liked it so much he didn't want to leave.

He'll get to go back this week.

The Booker T. Washington graduate and Hampton University cornerback was selected by the Jaguars in the second round of Saturday's NFL draft, the 57th player chosen overall. Taylor becomes the highest draft pick from South Hampton Roads since Minnesota selected D.J. Dozier in the first round of the 1987 draft.
