Dec. 30--On the Tulsa World's High School Football Preview section cover in August, Michael Harris and Kingjack Washington were side-by-side on the season's starting line, revved up to take their teams to a higher level.
Four months later, Harris and Washington also reached the finish line almost side-by-side after spectacular seasons where they reached loftier heights before their respective teams were eliminated in the playoffs by state runner-up Enid.
