A good way to fire up an opponent is to schedule that team for homecoming.

Deep Creek hosts Booker T. Washington in tonight's non-district game at Nathan T. Hardee Stadium in Chesapeake.

"It means they're planning to win," Bookers linebacker/tight end Adidias Arrington said. "That's just motivation for us because everyone will be sad when the Bookers come."

The Bookers (2-2) haven't defeated Deep Creek since 1997. They know they must slow the Hornets' running attack.
