Ronald Parker says he's come a long way since his "hard-headed" freshman days.
"I'm going to tell you the truth," said the 19-year-old Booker T. Washington senior who graduates today. "When I first got to high school, I was only concerned about having the coolest friends and clothes."
Parker, who went to Maury High School for his first two years, said that he used to skip classes, fight often, party hard and pay little attention to his education. But he doesn't blame anyone else.
