H.B. Zachry donates uniforms for students at Booker T. Washington

Employees of the H.B. Zachry Company delivered school uniforms on Thursday,
Jan. 6, to students at the company's adopted school, Booker T. Washington
Elementary, 1823 Nolan Street.

Uniforms are mandatory at the San Antonio Independent School District
campus, located on the city's East Side.

The belated Christmas gift, valued at about $11,000, is an incentive for
the school's 410 students to return to class on one of Washington
Elementary's historically lowest attendance days.
