IRVING, Texas, Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Comcast and Showtime Networks will present "A Celebration of Diversity," in honor of Black history month at 7 p.m. on Thursday, February 19 at the Angelika Film Center, located at 5321 E. Mockingbird Lane in Dallas. The event features the Dallas Entertainer Awards honoring Jay Franke, a Booker T. Washington High School graduate and acclaimed dancer, and actress Malinda Williams, "Bird" of Soul Food(R). The event will also feature the Texas big screen premiere of the Showtime original series Soul Food(R) 5th season episode.
