FROM Washington, US of A come two peace activists who are giving a new twist to Aristophanes' masterpiece, "Lysistrata," the famous comedy of Greek women who made celibacy a potent instrument to stop their men from going to war by denying them the pleasures of the bed.

Donna Sheehan, 76, and Paul Raffell, 55, are calling all peoples to have passionate sex on 22 December in an actual recap of the flower revolution's slogan, "Make Love, Not War." They call their project Global Orgasm for Peace.
