Stay with the coffee. I had to have a mid day cup today - highly unusual - being stuck in an all day meeting, with one guy presenting mathematical equations for two hours. :sick::sick: I couldn't stay awake.

Last thing I ate today was chicken soup (made it homemade myself) and ice-cream with dark chocolate sauce on it and whipped cream. Dk chocolate is good for the heart!

It claimed to be garlic hummus, but when I make my own it is the genuine extra garlic kind, usually!! And tastes way better.
