For me, drinking oj with extra pulp is better than trying to peel a real orange of the skin and all that white stuff :D what a pain and you get more nutrition with the extra pulp. Just don't let the empty glass sit too long when you're done, the pulp sticks to the glass like crazy glue! Getting sweet juicy oranges is a roll of the dice around here, often they're not very sweet and they're dry inside. (probably because they've been in storage and in transport for so long) so buying just the juice is a good compromise for me. Also, the cost of fresh oranges has skyrocketed because of all the recent loss in California, but juice costs (in-store fresh squeezed) hasn't changed at all (it's a loss leader).
.
Oh, and now I'm drinking coffee and eating an oatmeal-to-go (http://www.quakeroatmeal.com/qo_ourProducts/oatmealToGo/product.cfm?productid=43) bar :p

I'm having a "hot lemon" at the moment, which is a vitamin C cocktail made of the juice of a whole lemon squeezed into hot water. It doesn't taste very good, but I noticed everyone's coughing and sneezing in the lecture halls, and I don't want to fall ill in the middle of the exam period, so I thought I better get some vitamin C to brush up my immune system ;).

Logos, Kheer is a sweet dish. Its made from rice and milk. You need put all the ingredients rice, milk and sugar, and boil (I am not sure of the right word), do it until it becomes thick, as in custard type (not watery and not jelly like), in the end you can garnish it with dry fruits.

It looks like this:
