awesome sequel!

I was deceived by my expecting an expansion of the Lost World. I realised this is a completely different story, notwithstanding the re-appereance of the same and cherished fellows from the LW. However, I was not disappointed because this book retains the humour of its predecessor. This time, the quarrelsome party is summoned again by Profesor Challenger in order to warn them about an impending danger, and, with their assistance, to restore the havoc. A whole change of environment lends Doyle fresh ground to build another fine book.
