BOSTON, July 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Most brewing magic takes place in the dark. From the mix kettle to the aging tank, the alchemy that turns water, hops, yeast and malt to beer takes place behind stainless steel walls.
A new tank at the Samuel Adams brewery in Boston lets us see a bit of that brewing magic.
