ST. LOUIS, Aug. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Mark Twain Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: MTWN) announced today that it has filed an application to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Mark Twain expects that its common stock will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange in September under the symbol "MTB".
