ST. LOUIS, May 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Mark Twain Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq-NNM: MTWN) announced today that it has reached an agreement with Northland Bancshares, Inc., the owner of First National Bank of Platte County, in Kansas City, Missouri, for the merger of Northland Bancshares, Inc. into a Mark Twain subsidiary.
