ST. LOUIS, April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Mark Twain Bancshares, Inc. announced today a second-quarter dividend of $0.27 ($1.08 annualized rate) to be paid on May 12, 1995 to shareholders of record of its common stock (par value $1.25) on April 21, 1995.

This new quarterly rate of $.27 per share was first paid in February of 1995 and marked the fourth dividend increase in the last 10 quarters and the 30th dividend increase in the 26 years the company's public formation in 1969.
