The U.S. Department of Agriculture's U.S. Forest Service unit - Mark Twain National Forest - issued the following press release:

Mark Twain National Forest will offer free day use and free camping at five recreation areas on Sunday, November 11, 2007. This is being offered in honor of US Military Personnel, Veterans and their families, as part of the Veterans Day celebration.

The free night of camping is for Sunday night in unreserved campsites in these four fee campgrounds that are operated by the Mark Twain National Forest:
