WHILE always ahead of his time Jonathan Swift could never haveenvisioned the technology at the heart of a ?300million plan to bring his dreamof proper care for the mentally ill right up to date.

Swift, who as well as penning Gullivers Travels and being Dean of St PatricksCathedral in Dublin, founded St Patricks Hospital more than 250 years ago.
