Buffalo Grove Trustee Jeffrey Berman presented what he called, in homage to Jonathan Swift, "a modest proposal."
What Berman is recommending eating is the village's vehicle sticker. He believes the village should commemorate the village's 50th anniversary, which takes place in March, 2008, by issuing the last village sticker.
