Q. Does Gulliver Creek in Milton have anything to do with the title of Jonathan Swift's book "Gulliver's Travels?"

A. There are two schools of thought on that, but first a few words on the creek.

Gulliver Creek, a snake-shaped tributary of the Neponset River, is one of the most-viewed and least-known bodies of water in Massachusetts. It runs almost parallel to the Southeast Expressway, just south of Exit 11 (Granite Street) and just to the west of the highway.
