A Gardener's Gathering to raise money for the Harriet Beecher Stowe from Slavery to Freedom Museum will be held Saturday at the museum in the Old Washington section of Maysville. It will include garden ornament sales, a plant and herb exchange and sale, and garden items.

Free lectures on gardening and history will be in the Washington Meeting House. Dr. Susan Adams of Northern Kentucky University will give a lecture on Harriet Beecher Stowe at 2 p.m.

Gardeners can start registering plants at 9 a.m., and exchanges start at 10 ...
